ZONING AND PLANNING BOARD PRESENTATIONS

From local zoning bylaws, Historic District guidelines to wetlands protection, the permitting process can be complex.  Charles Hoyt Designs will see you through these procedures.

 

ARCHITECTURAL/STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS

These working drawings are used to obtain building permits. Contractors rely on these 

drawings to accurately complete your project.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The final phase ensures accuracy and quality of construction through completion of the project. We visit the site as often as needed to inspect every element of construction from frame to finish.

Meet Charles Hoyt

Charles is dedicated to the production of great building design.   Charles and his associates are eager to create and customize CAD drawings, which allows home-owners to realize their dreams and atmosphere they have long desired.  Charles firmly believes that the key to great design is attention to detail and proportion. His designs are rooted in the classical orders of architecture. Charles is keenly aware of the effects that lifestyle, family, and environment have on building design.

  

Charles founded Charles Hoyt Designs in the 1980s after working for architectural firms in New Hampshire and Geneva, Switzerland.

 

Charles currently serves as an Alternate Member of the North Hampton Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Previously served as:

Vice-Chairman of the Rye Historic District Commission and member of the Rye Zoning Board of Adjustment.

Charles graduated with honors from the College of Architecture at the University of Florida, is an avid gardener and painter.
