Charles Hoyt Designs will confidently guide you through every step; from conceptual design to project management we'll be there for you.

Our projects range in scope and size from small additions to grand custom homes.

Each project is treated uniquely according to the site and client aspirations.

Whether you prefer modern luxury or classic comfort, your home will be a reflection of who you are.

From local zoning bylaws, Historic District guidelines to wetlands protection, the permitting process can be complex.  Charles Hoyt Designs will see you through these procedures.

These working drawings are used to obtain building permits. Contractors rely on these

drawings to accurately complete your project.

The final phase ensures accuracy and quality of construction through completion of the project. We visit the site as often as needed to inspect every element of construction from frame to finish.
